Gayatri Plastics

Gayatri Plastics is located right behind Sahajivan Society in the Ramnagar area of Chinchwad. Being in Pune, we’ve seen the city grow so much, but our corner feels a bit more tucked away. It’s a mix of homes and small shops around here. We work with plastics every day, so there’s always that specific smell in the air and the sound of the molding machines. It’s a small team we have. Most of the staff live nearby, so we all walk or bike into work. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s more like a family-run place where everyone wears many hats. One minute you’re checking the inventory and the next you’re helping load a delivery truck. We focus on making things that people actually use. It’s practical work. Sometimes customers come in with a sketch and we see if we can turn it into a real part. We’ve had some long days when the orders pile up, but we just put our heads down and get through it. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually take our breaks. It’s a good way to catch up with the neighbors. We aren't looking for awards or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job and stay on schedule. If we can keep the machines running and the customers satisfied, that’s a good day for us here in Ramnagar.
