We are located at 3A in the D1-Block of the Midc area in Chinchwad. It is a pretty standard industrial setup here. The building has been our home for a while, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We deal with various engineering and chemical related tasks, which keeps the day interesting for everyone. The walls inside could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual work to worry about how the place looks to outsiders. There is a lot of equipment squeezed into our space, so you have to watch your step when walking through the back. Our staff is a mix of older guys who know the machines inside out and some younger ones learning the ropes. We do not do much in the way of fancy presentations. If a client wants to see what we do, they usually just come by and we show them the floor. Chinchwad is a heavy industrial zone, so there is always the sound of traffic and other factories in the background. It is a noisy place to work, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just try to keep the workflow steady and predictable. When things go wrong with a machine, we fix it ourselves and keep moving. It is just a regular business run by regular people who know their trade well.
