We've got our workshop set up at 20/4 in the D-1 Block of the MIDC area in Chinchwad. It's a busy neighborhood full of machine shops and small factories, and we've been part of it for a while. Our daily routine involves a lot of mechanical work, mostly putting together automated systems and making sure all the parts move the way they are supposed to. It’s a lot of metal, wires, and grease. Sometimes we are building a whole new machine from scratch, and other times we are just trying to fix something that stopped working for one of the other businesses nearby. The shop floor is usually a bit cluttered with parts and tools, but we know where everything is. It gets loud when the drills and grinders are going, so we have to shout to hear each other. We aren't a giant corporation with a human resources department; it's just a group of us who know how to handle tools. If something breaks down, we spend the day figuring out why. Chinchwad is a good place to be because we can get the spare parts we need without having to go too far. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure the machines we build actually do what they're told. It’s basic, honest mechanical work that keeps the place running. There isn't much more to it than that, just getting things built correctly.
