Chinar Sales

Chinar Sales is tucked away at number 7 in Kothrud, over in the Maruthi Layout. It is a quiet residential kind of area, which is nice compared to the noisy markets in the city center. We have a small office where we handle all the sales stuff. It is mostly just desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to discuss orders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost trying to find the layout, so we have to go out to the main road to wave them down. We do not have a big showroom. It is more of a place where the business side of things happens. I usually get in around nine and start by sorting through the mail. There is a small kitchen area where we make tea. We have a lot of samples lying around on the shelves, some of them have been there for years. It is a relaxed atmosphere here. We do not wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes and comfortable shoes. The neighbors are friendly and we see the same people walking their dogs every morning. We just focus on keeping the orders moving and making sure we do not mix up the invoices. It is a small operation, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We like being in this part of Kothrud because it is easy for us to get home.
