Sahyog Auto Components is based at No. 797/1 Sara Beheshti in the Kudalwadi area of Chikhali. If you’ve ever been to Kudalwadi, you know it’s a hub for all sorts of industrial and auto work. Our place is no different. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. We spend our days surrounded by metal parts and the smell of industrial oil. The building at Sara Beheshti isn't new, but it serves us well for what we do. We’ve got machines running for most of the shift, and there’s always a bit of a clatter echoing through the shop floor. Our team is a group of local guys who know their way around auto components. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes about the next batch of parts we need to finish. The Chikhali area can be quite dusty, and the roads are often bumpy with all the heavy trucks, but it’s where the work is. We focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the parts are sturdy. It’s repetitive work sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do. We usually have lunch together in a small corner of the shop, talking about the news or whatever is happening in the neighborhood. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here.
