Pawar Industries

We've been here at Pawar Industries for quite a while now. Our spot is over at Gat No. 781/5 in the Pawar Vasti area of Chikhali. It's a busy part of Pune, and we just fit right into the neighborhood. Mostly, we spend our days dealing with the usual workshop stuff. People come by when they need things made or fixed. It gets a bit dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just how things go when you are working with tools and machines. My cousin helps out, and we have a few guys who have been with us since we started. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk with some old ledgers and a lot of grease on the floor. Some days are slow, and we just sit outside having tea and watching the traffic go by on the main road. Other days, we are rushing to finish a job before the sun goes down. The weather in Pune can get pretty hot, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done in the morning. We know most of the neighbors around Pawar Vasti. They drop in to borrow a tool or just to chat for a bit. It is not a complicated life. We do the work that comes in, keep the machines running, and try to make sure everything is sorted out by the end of the week. That is pretty much what we do here every day. No big fuss.
