Working out of Hadapsar on the Gorwa Refinery Road has its ups and downs. Being at number 77 means we see a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles passing by all day long. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s the nature of being on a main road near the refinery. We handle all sorts of electrical stuff here. The shop is filled with boxes, wires, and parts that we’ve collected over time. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know exactly where every single fuse and switch is kept. My hands are usually a bit dirty from moving stock around, and that’s just how it goes. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It’s just us talking to customers who need a specific part or some advice on a project they are doing at home. We try to be helpful without being pushy. Sometimes we don’t have what you’re looking for, and we’ll just tell you that directly instead of making you wait. It’s a practical business. We open early because that’s when the contractors and builders are out looking for supplies. By the end of the day, we are pretty tired, but we close up and get ready to do it all again tomorrow. That is just life at the shop. We don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is.
