Chavadi Estates Private Limited

We operate out of Flat A4/403 in the B U Bhandari Acolades complex in Kharadi. It’s a residential setup, which makes it feel more relaxed than a typical office building. We’re located at No. 25/1A to 26/1. Working from a flat has its ups and downs. The kitchen is right there, so we make our own coffee and snacks instead of ordering in all the time. Chavadi Estates Private Limited is basically just a small team of us handling real estate tasks. Kharadi has changed a lot lately, with all the new buildings and IT parks going up nearby. We see it all from our windows every day. It’s a decent place to work from. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We just look at the local listings and help people who ask us for some advice. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to chat about the market or ask about prices. We don't have any fancy suits or big boardroom meetings here. Usually, we're just sitting in the living room area with our laptops open and papers spread across the floor. The balcony is nice for taking a break when the weather isn't too hot or dusty. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the dining table because we ran out of shelf space months ago. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. People call us at odd hours, so we just keep the phone handy. It’s a simple life.
