Chandaliya Parthe & Associates

Our office is located over in Dhanakawadi, right on the New Shivpuri Road. We are in the Akshay Garden building, specifically at 13/19 on the ground floor. Being on the ground floor is actually pretty nice because nobody has to mess with stairs or waiting for a slow elevator to get to us. It is a straightforward setup with desks and files everywhere. As an associate firm, there is usually a lot of paperwork piled up and we spend most of our time going through documents or talking things over with the people who come in. The area around Akshay Garden is usually quite active, so there is a bit of background noise from the street, but we don't mind it much. We have been here for a good amount of time and have gotten to know the other shop owners and people living nearby. The routine doesn't change much from day to day. We come in, check what needs to be filed or reviewed, and get to work. It’s a small team here, so we all know what everyone else is doing. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing; we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving. If you walk past the ground floor windows, you'll probably see us hunched over our desks working through the afternoon. It’s just how we operate at Chandaliya Parthe & Associates.
