Chanakya Docu-Tel Systems

Our office is room 208 in the Anhil building. We’re right near Swastik Char Rasta in the Navrangpura area. It’s a well-known part of town, so it’s easy for people to find us once they get to Swastik Society. The office itself is pretty simple. We deal with document systems and communication tech, so there are wires and parts scattered around some of the desks. It’s not a minimalist space by any means. We have shelves full of manuals and old equipment that we keep for spare parts. There are usually two or three of us here answering phones or fixing something that a customer brought in. The windows look out over the street, so we see all the activity at the busy crossroads. It’s a bit of an older building, and the hallways can be a little dark sometimes. We’ve got a small area where we keep the printer and the coffee machine. It’s a practical setup for the kind of service work we do. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or troubleshooting technical issues. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk through the door and you’re right in the middle of where we work. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times three phones are ringing at once. We’ve stayed here because it’s central and our regular customers know the way. We just keep things moving and help people out with their gear.
