We are out in the MIDC area of Bhosari, specifically at S-17. This is where CHAMPION ELECTRONICS PVT LTD has its factory setup. Being in an industrial zone like this means it is always noisy and there is a lot of heavy vehicle movement on the roads around us. Inside the factory, things are pretty straightforward. We have the machinery and the work benches where all the assembly happens. It’s a dusty place sometimes, and the floor is concrete and hard on the feet if you don't have good shoes. We spend a lot of time checking on the machines and making sure the parts are being put together correctly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is steady work. The lunch breaks are usually spent in a small corner where we can sit down for a bit and escape the hum of the equipment. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that because most of the space is taken up by the production line. There is a small office area for the paperwork, but even that is usually covered in drawings or technical sheets. It’s an honest day’s work in a part of town that is all about manufacturing and making things. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get the orders ready on time. There is always a lot of heavy lifting to do before we can go home.
