Our place is located at S-17 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. It is a typical industrial setup like most of the other units around here. We spend our days dealing with various electronic components and making sure the production side of things is moving along. The building itself is straightforward, nothing too modern about it, just a practical space for an electronics company. Being in Bhosari means we are surrounded by a lot of factories and the sound of machinery is pretty much the background music to our day. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job well. Some of us have been coming to this same spot for a long time. The morning commute through the MIDC gates is always a bit of a crawl, but once we get inside S-17, things settle down. We have our storage areas and the assembly benches all laid out. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have enough fans going to keep it bearable for everyone. We don’t really spend time on fancy office decorations because the work involves a lot of parts and tools that take up most of the room. It is a bit of a dusty area outside, but inside we try to keep the benches clean for the circuit work. We just focus on getting the daily list finished and heading home when the shift ends. It’s a good, steady place to work and we all get along well enough.
