Down at S-17 in the MIDC area of Bhosari, you will find Champion Businesspagesctronics Pvt Ltd. The factory is right in the thick of the industrial belt. It is a big, grey building that looks like every other shop on the block, but inside it's where we do all our work. We have different sections for different parts of the process, though it all kind of blends together when we are busy. The machines have their own personalities and sometimes they need a bit of extra attention to keep running right. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local crew that knows the trade. The floor is usually covered in bits of wire or packaging materials because we are always in the middle of a project. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting around the small break area talking about local news or family. We don't put on an act for anyone. If you come by, you see us exactly as we are, usually in work clothes and probably a bit tired. The goal is just to finish the day's tasks so we can head home and do it again tomorrow. It is hard work, especially when the weather gets hot inside the plant. But we have a good rhythm going and we manage to get the orders out on time most of the time.
