Racold Thermo Ltd.

We are located out on the Chakan Talegaon Road. It’s a busy industrial stretch in Pune, specifically in the 410 501 area. Racold Thermo Ltd. has been here for quite some time now. The road outside is always full of heavy trucks and workers commuting back and forth. Inside our gates, things are usually moving pretty fast. We have the manufacturing area and then some office spaces where we handle the logistics. It gets quite loud when the machines are all running at once. I usually spend my time in the office part, dealing with the paperwork and making sure the inventory lists are actually correct for once. The heat in Maharashtra can be pretty intense, so the fans are always spinning in the warehouse. We have a small canteen where everyone grabs lunch and talks. It’s not a fancy place, just a lot of metal, concrete, and hard work. You can smell the machinery and the grease sometimes. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. It’s more about making sure the products are built and shipped out on time. Sometimes the rain makes the yard outside a bit muddy, but we just deal with it. It’s a long day, starting early in the morning, but the people here are good and we know what we need to do. It’s just how life is in the Chakan industrial belt every single day.
