Nishant Moldings Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at Nishant Moldings Pvt. Ltd. over in Kharabwadi. Our place is at S. No. 249/2, right on the Talegaon-Chakan Road. If you know the area, we are quite close to Hotel Atharva. The road outside is always full of heavy trucks and traffic, which makes the whole area stay pretty noisy from morning until night. Inside the factory, it is much of the same with the sound of the molding machines. It gets quite hot in here during the summer months, but we just get on with the daily production. Most of us who work here have been around for a long time. We don't have a big, fancy office or a lobby with a receptionist. It is just a practical workspace where we focus on getting the molds right for the orders. Sometimes the dust from the main road gets into the front area, so we are constantly cleaning things up. We usually take our tea breaks at the small stall just down the street. It is a very basic setup, honestly. We don’t go in for anything polished or corporate. We just have our machines and our schedules to keep up with every day. It can be a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at the same time at our gate, but we manage to sort it out. That is just how life is for us here in this industrial patch of Kharabwadi. We keep our heads down and work hard.
