Out here at Gat No.61, Plot 1&2 in Shindewadi, things feel a little different than they do in the middle of a big city. Being in Tal-Bhor gives us a bit more breathing room, though it’s still very much a working site. CERMET Resistronics Pvt.Ltd. has been operating from this location, and we’ve grown into the space over time. The air is a bit clearer here, but the work is just as demanding as anywhere else. We have the plots laid out for our needs, with enough room for the machines and the storage areas. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, so most of us are used to the commute every morning. The building is sturdy and functional, designed to hold up under the daily grind of production. We don’t have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or fancy coffee machines. We just have our workstations, some sturdy chairs, and the tools we need to get the jobs done. Sometimes the local weather makes things interesting, especially during the heavy rains when the roads around the taluka get a bit muddy. But we are used to that. We just focus on the batches we are running and making sure the machinery stays in good shape. It’s a quiet life in some ways compared to Pune city, but there is always something that needs fixing or a schedule that needs to be met. We like the pace we have out here.
