Centurion Inn

Centurion Inn is a place to stay over in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a busy part of town, so there are always people moving around outside at all hours. We have several floors of rooms and a small lobby where people check in and out. The building has been here for years, and you can see that in some of the corners where the paint is old. We spend most of our time making beds and checking that the lights and fans work for the next person. It’s not a five-star place, but it’s clean and the fans work well enough. We get a lot of people who are in town for government office work because of where we are located in Shivaji Nagar. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow and makes noise, so we tell people to take the stairs if they are in a hurry. We have a small staff who handles everything from the front desk to cleaning the hallways. We don't have a big kitchen, so we usually tell guests where they can find good food nearby. Shivaji Nagar is full of places to eat anyway, so that’s never a problem for anyone. We just provide a quiet enough spot to sleep at night. The rooms are plain with just a bed and a small table for things. We keep the registers manually for the most part. It’s a straightforward business and we try to be honest with everyone who stays here.
