Our office is at Flat No. 18 in the Serenity building. It is on Plot No. 8 in Ramnagar Colony, which is in the Bavdhan area of Pune. We are specifically in Bavdhan KD. Pune is a nice city to live in, and this particular area is a bit quieter than the busy city center. We really like all the trees that are around our building. The place isn't new, but it is a good, sturdy building. We have a small balcony where we keep a few potted plants. That is where we usually go when we need a short break from looking at the computer screens. There are usually four of us working here, although people come and go throughout the week. We do not have a large staff at all. We handle our own cleaning and we go out to buy our own milk and sugar for the tea. It is a very simple and basic setup. We prefer to focus on the actual work instead of worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We have some old maps pinned to the walls and a lot of messy notebooks on the desks. The parking area downstairs is a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Most of us just take the local bus or ride our scooters to get here. It is a practical way to live and work. We don't use fancy language or big corporate words. We just do the job.
