Cargo Plus

We've been here at the Dynamic Logistics ICD on Pune-Alandi Road for quite a while now. Most people around Dighi know where we are. It’s a busy spot, always trucks coming in and out, which keeps us on our toes. Running a place like Cargo Plus isn't really about fancy offices or anything like that. It's more about the daily grind of moving things from one point to another. My desk is usually covered in papers, and the phone doesn't stop ringing, especially during the morning rush. We handle a lot of different stuff here. Sometimes it's small boxes, other times it's much bigger loads that need a bit more planning. The weather in Pune can get pretty hot in the summer, making the work a bit slower, but we just get through it. People ask how we keep track of everything, and honestly, it’s just about showing up every day and doing the work. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure things don't get lost or stuck. It gets dusty out here on the road, and the traffic near the ICD can be a headache sometimes. Still, this is where we work. We’ve seen the area change over the years, more buildings going up and more traffic on the way to Alandi. We just keep our heads down. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us sorting through manifests or talking to drivers. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do.
