We’ve been running Capricorn Logistics Pvt Ltd out of this flat in Nigdi for some time now. It’s right on Plot No.249 in the Pradhikaran area. If you know Pune, you know the traffic can get a bit much, but being here works for us. It isn't a flashy office, just a practical space where we get the work done. Most days are spent on the phone or tracking things. We started small and just kept at it. It’s a busy neighborhood. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the only break we get. Dealing with shipments means things are always moving, even when we are just sitting at our desks. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this business, more than people think. We keep our files organized as best as we can in Flat No.3. People drop by occasionally, mostly drivers or folks we’ve known for years. It’s just how we operate. We don't have fancy brochures or a big reception desk. It is mostly just the sound of computers and people talking about routes and schedules. The Pradhikaran area is quiet enough that we can focus, which helps when things get hectic with the logistics side of things. We just try to get through the daily list and make sure nothing gets left behind. It’s a straightforward way to run a company. We like it here in Nigdi. It feels like home now after all these years of working from this spot.
