Capital Master India Nidhi Limited

Our office is up on the second floor of the Sai Megh building in Ambegaon Kh. It’s a flat, so it feels more like a home than a bank. This is where we run Capital Master India Nidhi Limited. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to wait in. Most of the time, it's just the sound of papers shuffling and the occasional phone ringing. We handle local savings and help people with small loans when they need a bit of extra help for a wedding or a new bike. The neighborhood is growing fast, but we try to keep that small-town feel. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open for a breeze. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most folks find us because their neighbor told them we were okay to deal with. We try to be honest about the rates and how long things take. Sometimes there is a delay with the paperwork, but we tell people straight. It’s better that way. We spend a lot of time just talking to the people who come in. You learn a lot about what’s going on in the area that way. It’s a quiet life at Flat 202. We just do our work, close up in the evening, and go home like everyone else. No big mysteries here, just a local Nidhi company doing its bit.
