We’ve been around Kothrud for a bit now. Our place is Canwill House inside the Shivamrut Building on Paud Road. It’s right near the toll naka, so it’s easy to find if you’re driving through. At Canwill Constructions & Realtor, we deal with building projects and property stuff. It gets busy here, but we try to keep things moving. Most days are just about talking to people coming in asking about houses or building work. It’s not a fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done. We’ve seen the area change quite a lot. Paud Road is always crowded these days. Working in Kothrud means you know almost everyone on the street. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. Some days are long, especially when there’s a lot of paperwork or site visits to handle. We don’t really do big ads. Usually, people just drop by or call because someone told them about us. It’s a small team here. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. If you’re coming from the toll side, you’ll see the building easily. We keep the kettle on. It’s just a regular local business trying to do right by the neighbors. Nothing more to it than that. Just simple work and keeping the lights on at Shivamrut Building. We are usually there from morning till evening, unless we are out at a site. It is a living, you know?
