Candour Medical Instruments Private Limited is located at Flat No. 9 in the Poonam Arcade. The address is a bit long, 1170/11 Revenue Colony in Shivaji Nagar, near Erandwana. It’s more of a residential building that has some offices in it. Because it’s a flat, it feels more like a home than a corporate space. We have desks set up in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It’s quiet for the most part, which helps when we are looking over technical manuals for the medical instruments we handle. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most of our work involves coordinating with hospitals and clinics. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out emails. The kitchen area is where we keep the microwave and the tea supplies. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or filing papers. Shivaji Nagar is a busy area, but our little corner in Revenue Colony stays relatively peaceful. We’ve got some plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them. It’s a basic setup, but it works for what we need to do every day. We just focus on getting the instruments delivered on time. Sometimes the courier guys get lost looking for the arcade, but we just guide them in.
