Ahir Dairy

Ahir Dairy is located at Shop No. 3 and 4 in the Shivaji Market area of Camp. The market is always crowded and there is a lot of shouting and moving around from early in the morning. We are right in the thick of it. Having two shops next to each other gives us a bit more room for the milk and the other dairy products we keep. It is a very old-fashioned way of doing things but it works for us. The floors are usually wet from cleaning and there is always a smell of fresh milk in the air. We start our day very early before most people are even awake to get everything ready. By the time the sun is up the regulars are already showing up at the counter. It can get a bit chaotic when the market is in full swing but we have been here long enough to know how to handle it. We don't have any fancy decorations or signs. It is just a plain shop with counters and coolers. We spend a lot of time talking to the other vendors in Shivaji Market when things slow down in the afternoon. It is a tight-knit community here in Camp and everyone knows each other. We just do our daily work and go home when the stock is gone. It is a simple life and we have been doing it for years now.
