Calyx Construction

We are located at 5 Shukrawar Peth, right in The Forum building. If you know the area, we are just above the Pashankar Chevrolet showroom and not too far from the D Mart shop. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always plenty of noise and movement around us. Calyx Construction is a straightforward operation. We have an office here where we handle the planning and the phone calls. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we need. We spend a lot of time looking over structural plans and talking to vendors about cement and steel prices. It can be a bit stressful when costs go up, but we just try to manage it the best we can. Most of us have been in the construction trade for a long time, so we’ve seen all sorts of issues. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. Usually, you’ll just find one of us hunched over a computer or talking loudly on a phone. We do a lot of work in and around Shukrawar Peth. It’s a neighborhood we know well. We just focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the walls are straight. We aren't much for talking ourselves up; we just prefer to let the buildings speak for themselves. If you need to find us, just look for the Chevrolet sign and head upstairs. We’re usually there until late in the evening.
