Our place is right on Mangalwar Peth Athwa Gate Main Road, specifically at Cts No 109/B. It’s a very busy area with a lot of traffic passing by all day long. You can hear the horns and the general bustle of the street from inside the office. It is a convenient spot for people to drop in since it's on a main road, but parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have been at Cts No 109/B for a good stretch of time now. The office is functional, with plenty of shelves for files and a couple of desks that have seen a lot of use. We mostly deal with the technical side of building and planning. It’s not about being trendy; it’s about making sure the work is solid and meets the requirements. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and property documents. Sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by paper, but that’s just how it is in Mangalwar Peth. We take our work seriously, even if the office looks a bit lived-in and cluttered. The light from the street comes in through the front, and we usually have a window open to catch a breeze, even if it brings in some of the city noise. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving for everyone we work with.
