C B Sanas & Co is located right in the heart of Sadashiv Peth. We are in Sonal Apartment, number 1182, which is quite close to the Canara Bank. If you know the area, it’s a busy spot with lots of people moving around. We’ve been operating from this apartment for a long time. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular space where we handle our business. Sadashiv Peth has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. We handle a variety of things here, mostly paperwork and meeting folks who drop by. It gets a bit crowded in the office sometimes, especially when we have a lot of files piled up on the desks. We don't have a fancy reception or a coffee machine for guests. It’s just us working. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just do our work and talk to our neighbors. Being near the bank is handy for errands. Most of our day is spent answering phones and making sure the records are in order. It’s a family-style environment, nothing too formal. We like being in this part of town because everything is within reach. It’s a lived-in space that reflects how we run things—simple and direct.
