We are located at 37 Kasarwadi, on the Premchand Nagar Road. The office is situated in the Sagar Complex, which sits right across from the Kaserwadi Railway Station. It is a really busy spot because of the trains and all the people coming in from Judges Bunglow Road and Vastrapur. You can pretty much hear the station announcements if you are standing near our front door. Bunty Group Developers has been here for a good while now. Our office in Sagar Complex is where we handle all the planning and the heavy paperwork for our building projects. It is usually a bit messy with blueprints, maps, and coffee mugs scattered across the tables. We do not really worry about making the place look like a fancy showroom. It is a working office, pure and simple. We spend a lot of time talking to people who walk in from the station or driving out to see how the work is progressing on the roads around here. The intersection near the complex can be a bit of a mess during the afternoon, but we have grown used to the chaos. It is a convenient place for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly quickly from this location. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks, making sure the projects are moving along and the guys on the ground have what they need to finish their jobs. It is just a straightforward way of working.
