Our office is tucked away at C - 15 in Shangrila Garden, which most people know because it's right near the Taj Build Mean Hotel. It is a busy area, so there's always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We aren't a big fancy operation with hundreds of people; it’s mostly just a few of us here trying to keep the projects on track. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or looking at site plans spread out over the desks. Sometimes the plans change at the last minute and we have to figure out a new way to get things done without making a mess of it. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or materials don't show up on time. We try to be practical about things. If a wall needs to be moved or a pipe is in the wrong place, we just deal with it. We've been in this spot for a bit now and people around here know where to find us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the printer usually jams once a day, but we get by. We talk to people about where they want to live and what they can afford, and we try to give them a straight answer without a lot of fluff. It’s just how we do things here in this neighborhood.
