We are based in Karve Nagar, located specifically at Vidisha Society on Barne Road. Our office is in Aman Bunglow, number 41. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main industrial hubs, but it works well for us. We deal with fasteners, which basically means screws, bolts, and all the small bits that hold things together. It might sound like a small thing, but there are thousands of different types, and we have to keep track of a lot of them. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking through boxes of stock. The space here is a mix of a home-style building and a workspace, which gives it a different feel than a standard office. We have shelves filled with samples and ledgers for all the orders coming in. Most of the people working here have been around for a while and know their way around a hardware catalog. We don't really do a lot of fancy marketing; we just focus on getting the right parts to the people who order them. Sometimes the deliveries take a while to sort through because of the sheer variety of sizes we handle. It is a bit of a niche business, but it keeps us busy enough. We usually just get started in the morning and work through the list of what needs to go out that day.
