Our office for B.U. Bhandari M & M Realtors Llp is located right on F.C. Road in Shivajinagar, which most people in Pune know is a pretty active spot. We are on the first floor, just above the HDFC Bank branch there. It’s a convenient location for us because it’s easy for people to find when they are out running errands or grabbing a coffee nearby. We’ve been at this address, 1182/3/1, for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The team here is small and we mostly focus on the real estate needs of people around this side of Pune. We aren't about big speeches or polished presentations. Usually, we're just sitting at our desks, answering phones, or out looking at properties with clients. Real estate can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the paperwork and details, so we try to just keep things straightforward for anyone who walks in. We know the Shivajinagar area really well, and being centrally located helps us stay connected to what's happening. If you're walking down F.C. Road, you've probably passed our building a dozen times. We just show up every day, do the work, and try to make sure things go as smoothly as possible for the folks we’re helping out with their housing or land stuff.
