Brotusmita Foundation

The Brotusmita Foundation is in the Splendor building over in Undri. We are in house number 202, which is part of the Palace Orchard area near Hadapsar. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s quieter out here. The building is okay, nothing too special, just a regular place where we set up shop. We started out here because it was convenient for the people involved. There is a lot of construction happening around Undri lately, so it gets a bit dusty and loud during the day. Inside the office, we just have the basic stuff like desks and a couple of old cupboards for files. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just find us by the house number. We spend most of our time dealing with the small details of whatever project we have going on. It’s not a very big team. We usually eat lunch together and talk about things other than work. It feels more like a small family thing than a business. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR person. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them plainly. It is just about doing the work that needs doing in our own corner of Hadapsar. We try to stay out of the way and just focus on the tasks at hand. It is a very practical way to run things and we are happy with it.
