Briocia Pharma ( India ) Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is out in the MIDC Industrial Area in Jejuri, specifically at E1. It is a bit of a drive for some of us, but it’s where Briocia Pharma ( India ) Pvt. Ltd. calls home. The air is a bit different out here than in the big cities, and we like the space we have to work with. We deal with pharmaceutical stuff, so there is always a lot of cleaning and checking going on to keep things right. We aren't a massive company with thousands of employees; we are just a local team trying to keep the machines running and the orders moving. Some days the power goes out or a delivery truck gets lost on the way to the industrial area, but we just deal with it as it comes. We have a small break room where we all eat together and talk about anything except work. It’s a practical setup we have here. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. Most of our time is spent making sure the batches are correct and that the paperwork is filed away where it belongs. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve been here at E1 for a while now and we know all the neighbors in the other units. It is a quiet existence mostly, just doing our thing and making sure the factory stays busy every week.
