We are based in Pune, specifically in the Lulla Nagar area. Our office is in the Manndke Advantage Homes complex, up on the eleventh floor of Building C1. It’s a decent spot in a quiet part of town, which helps when we need to focus on the numbers. Brinkinfra Ventures Llp is what we call our business, and we mostly deal with various infrastructure ventures around the city. Pune is growing fast, and there is always something new being built. We try to keep our operations lean. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines; we just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of site maps spread out. A typical day for us involves checking in with site supervisors and making sure the materials are arriving where they should be. We’ve had our fair share of delays and headaches over the years, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't believe in using big words to describe what we do. We just help build things. Sometimes we’re out in the field getting our boots dirty, and other times we’re here in Lulla Nagar trying to figure out the best way to move a project forward. It’s a local business run by people who actually live here. We just take it one day at a time and try to do right by the projects we take on. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
