We are based in the Pimple Gurav area of Pune. Our address is a bit of a mouthful, but we are in the Vedang Apartment building at Flat No 8. It’s near Mayurnagri, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. The official address says S No 56 3 95, which sounds complicated, but it’s just a normal flat where we do our business. Bricmont India Pvt Ltd is just a small group of people working together in this space. We’ve turned the living area into our main office and the smaller rooms are for storage. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some old curtains and the furniture is a mix of different styles. We don't really care about how it looks as long as we can get our work done. Most of our day is spent handling emails and sorting through data. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures to hand out. We just rely on doing things properly. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice for when we need to concentrate. We just follow our own schedule and try to stay organized. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things without any of the usual office politics or stress. We just get our tasks done and then head home for the day. That is the way we have always done it here.
