Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise. We spend our days looking at markets and trying to figure out what is happening with different industries. It’s a lot of sitting at computers, looking at charts, and writing up reports. Borhadewadi is a growing area, so we have seen a lot of change around here since we moved into GK Palacio. The office is usually quiet because everyone is focused on their research, but we do have some lively discussions during our lunch breaks. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. It is just a workspace with plenty of desks and a lot of coffee being consumed. We do consulting too, which means talking to clients and trying to give them some honest advice based on what the data shows us. Sometimes the research is straightforward and other times it takes forever to find what we need. We just stay at it until the job is finished.
