Our office is actually inside an apartment building called Camellia Apt. We are in unit A602 on the sixth floor. It’s located on the Baner Pashan Link Road, which is a pretty well-known stretch in the Pashan area of Pune. The survey number is 134/2/1/1 if you’re looking at the land records. Since we are in a residential building, it’s much quieter than a typical office block. Boxoffice Space Llp has been here for a while, and we’ve set up the flat to work for our needs. We have a view of the surrounding hills and the road from the sixth floor. It’s nice to have a bit of a breeze coming through the windows. Pashan is a good spot because it’s a bit away from the main city chaos but still has everything you need. Most of our work involves managing spaces, so it’s funny that we work out of a converted apartment space ourselves. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle going for coffee. There’s no big lobby or anything, you just come up the lift and ring the bell. It feels very personal and low-key. We like it that way. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep things quiet during the day. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without the overhead of a massive commercial rental.
