You can find Body And Soul on the 2nd Floor of Millenium Star, which is located on D P Road in Pune. We are right near the B S Dhole Patil Road and very close to Ruby Hall. Most people just use the hospital as a landmark to find the building. Being on the second floor is actually quite nice because it keeps us away from the dust and the noise of the main road. The space is large and we have set it up for all our different health and fitness activities. We see a lot of people coming in early in the morning before they head to their offices. The building has a lift, but a lot of the regulars just take the stairs to get their heart rate up. We don't have a big corporate management team or anything like that; it’s just us and the people who come here to work out. We keep the equipment in good shape and make sure the place is clean. D P Road can get really jammed with traffic in the evenings, so it sometimes takes a bit of effort to get here, but once you’re inside, it’s a good environment. We don’t use any marketing jargon or fancy promises. It’s just a practical place for people in the neighborhood to stay active. We’ve been in this spot for several years now and we really like the community around Dhole Patil Road.
