Blutech Talent Plus Llp

Our office for Blutech Talent Plus LLP is located in Koregaon Park, which is a pretty well-known part of Pune. We are in the Kumar Presidency building, Phase II, Lane No. 6. We are in Flat No. 602. It’s a residential building, which makes the office feel a bit more comfortable and less like a sterile cubicle farm. Lane 6 can get quite busy with cars and people, but once you get up to the sixth floor, it’s a bit quieter. We work on talent and recruitment stuff, mostly. It involves a lot of talking on the phone and looking at resumes all day. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we chose to do. We don't have a fancy lobby or a person waiting to take your coat. You just walk in and we're usually all at our desks. The space is a bit lived-in, with some plants that we sometimes forget to water and stacks of papers that need filing. We like being in Koregaon Park because there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We don't talk about changing industries or anything like that. We just try to find the right people for the jobs we have on hand. It’s a small operation and we prefer it that way. We know our neighbors and we know the local chai stall guy. It’s just a normal business running in a normal Pune neighborhood.
