Blusky Realty Llp operates out of Fl C 103 in the Shubhashri Res complex. We are part of the Jaiganesh Vision area, specifically at S. No. 171A. This part of the city is always moving, and being in Jaiganesh Vision means we are right in the thick of a lot of commercial activity. Our office is a straightforward ground-floor unit, which makes it very easy for people to just walk in when they see our name. It’s not a huge place, just a cozy office where we manage our day-to-day property tasks. We have a few desks, a couple of computers that are a few years old, and a lot of binders full of information. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. Because we are in a residential-cum-commercial zone, we see a lot of familiar faces walking by every day. It’s a good spot for us because everything we need is close by. We don’t go for any of that polished marketing look. Our walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few notes taped up. It’s just a practical, honest place to work. We spend our time checking on listings and making sure the local paperwork is in order for anyone who comes in asking for help with their search.
