You can find us at 5, Century Arcade on Narangi Baug Road. It’s a typical commercial building in Pune, and our office is right in the middle of it. The street outside is usually busy with traffic and people heading to the various shops and offices nearby. We spend our days here focused on marketing tasks, which mostly involves a lot of meetings, phone calls, and planning on whiteboards. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and computers. We aren't big on decorations. There’s usually a half-empty box of biscuits in the break area and some folders piled up on the desks. We get to work around nine, and the first thing we do is put the kettle on. The work can be a bit repetitive, looking at numbers and talking to clients, but we’ve got a good group of people here who get along. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy; we just sit together and figure out what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, and we just take a break until it’s back. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town. We like being in this part of Pune because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to stay organized and keep things moving forward as best as we can.
