Blue Leaf Tradexim Private Limited

Blue Leaf Tradexim Private Limited operates out of Hillmist Garden in Kondhwa. We are in Block E1, Flat 25. It’s near Kausar Baug, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. The area has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings coming up all the time. Our office is more like a workspace inside a residential complex, so it feels quite homely. We do a mix of trading and exporting. A lot of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets and tracking where our goods are. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but it gets quite dusty with all the construction nearby. We have a small balcony where we keep a few plants, though they don't always look very healthy. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big management structure; we all just do what needs to be done. Sometimes we have to go down to the warehouse to check on stock, which is a bit of a drive away. Most of the time, though, we are right here in Kondhwa. We get our tea from a guy who comes by with a kettle every morning. It’s a routine that works for us. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just focus on the trade and making sure the numbers add up at the end of every single month.
