It's a lot of manual work, checking on sites and making sure the documentation is right. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy lobby. People just walk in, sit down, and we talk about what they are looking for in the market. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We just try to be honest and do our work properly without making a big deal out of it. It's how things should be done in a place like this. We are just regular people working.
