Blg Logistics is based in the 411047 zip code area of Pune. This part of the city is growing fast, but our office stays pretty much the same. It’s a functional space where we handle all the logistics work. We are not located in one of those high-rise glass towers. Instead, we have a more modest setup that suits our needs. The area is quite busy, being near the airport side of town, so you often hear planes overhead. Inside the office, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards and the occasional radio playing in the background. We keep things simple. There are no expensive decorations or lounge areas. We have our desks, our chairs, and our systems. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how to get things done without much fuss. We spend the day checking routes and talking to clients on the phone. The weather in Pune is usually nice, but it can get quite dusty in this area because of all the new buildings going up. We just keep the windows shut and stay focused on the work. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets finished. It’s just a plain, honest office where we put in our hours and then head home. We enjoy the work and the people we deal with daily.
