We are over in Koregaon Park, right on Lane No. 5. You can find us at Business Square, specifically up on the second floor in office 202. It's a busy part of Pune, and we've been operating out of this spot for some time now. Dealing with property isn't always glamorous, but we show up every morning and get through the work. Some days we are stuck at our desks doing paperwork, and other days we're out seeing what's happening on the street. The office itself is pretty standard. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of files. Most people know us because we've been around the neighborhood for a while. It's nice being near all the cafes, even if we don't always have time to visit them. We handle a lot of different things related to real estate here. Sometimes clients just drop in to ask a quick question about a plot or a rental. We try to give them a straight answer without too much fuss. It isn't a massive corporate setup with hundreds of people. It’s just us. We know the local area well because we spend so much time here. The traffic on the lane can be a bit much in the evenings. We usually stay until the work is done. It’s just how we run things at Black Sea Properties Llp. No big speeches or fancy promises, just the daily grind in office 202. We've got a small kettle for tea and we just keep things moving.
