Biz Estates Llp

Biz Estates Llp has its office at Shop No 209 in Poornima Tower. We are located on Shankarsheth Road, right near the petrol pump. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always the sound of horns and engines in the background. Being on the second floor of the tower gives us a decent view of the street. The shop is basically one main room where we have our desks and a couple of chairs for people who drop by. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any big flashy signs inside. We spend a lot of time looking through property listings and talking to landlords or buyers. Shankarsheth Road is a good central spot for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We often have to run out to meet someone at a property, so the office isn't always full. We’ve been in Poornima Tower for a while now and we know most of the other shop owners in the building. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don't have a corporate handbook. We just come in, do the work, and go home. If the petrol pump next door is busy, the traffic can get backed up, but we’re used to it. We just focus on keeping our records straight and answering the questions people have about local real estate. There is always something to do, so we just keep at it.
