Biyani Industrial Textiles Pvt.Ltd. is based at 262 Swojas Apt. in Shukrawar Peth. It is a bit unusual to have an industrial textile business in an apartment complex, but that is how we have always operated. Shukrawar Peth is one of those old, dense parts of Pune where every building has its own history. The streets are narrow and usually filled with two-wheelers and pedestrians moving about. Our office inside Swojas Apt. is where we handle all the administrative work and the client meetings. It is not a huge corporate space. It feels more like a lived-in office with files stacked high and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby to greet people. Usually, someone just looks up from their desk when you walk in. The atmosphere is quiet compared to the noise of the Peth outside, but we are always busy with something. We deal with textiles every day, so you might see samples lying around or rolls of fabric being moved in and out. It is a very practical setup that has worked for us for years. We like being in Shukrawar Peth because it keeps us close to the heart of the city's trade. It is a very traditional area, and we fit right into the local rhythm of life and work in this part of Pune.
