Biocipher Technologies

We are located at Sneh Sadan, right on DP Road in the Aundh area of Pune. Specifically, we are in Murkute Vasti, which is a place that has seen a lot of changes over the last few years. Our space at 149/1 is where we handle all the tech work. It’s a bit of a mix here because Aundh can be quite trendy, but our street still has that old residential feel to it. We spend a lot of time on computers, looking at data and trying to make sense of different sequences. It’s quiet work for the most part, unless someone brings in snacks and we all take a break at the same time. The office doesn't have any of those modern things like bean bags or game rooms. We just have desks, chairs, and good internet. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to actually talk to each other instead of typing. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day outside. It makes the business feel like a part of the neighborhood rather than just some company. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that, just people who know how to handle technology. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or setting up new systems for projects. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
