Biltz Cutting Tools Co. is located at 3, Rahul Chambers in Kasarwadi. The area is very industrial, so we fit right in. Our space isn't huge, but we have everything we need to handle various cutting tools. The shelves are lined with different bits, blades, and heavy metal components. There’s a distinct smell of grinding wheels and coolant in the air. We’ve been doing this for quite some time now. Usually, there are just two or three of us working at any given moment. We spend a lot of time looking at very small edges and making sure everything is as sharp as it should be. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend half the morning fixing them before we can even start our actual work. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Most people just walk in through the main door and find us at the back. The lighting isn't the best, but we have some good lamps over the workspaces. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and doesn't mind a bit of metal dust. It’s a steady kind of life. We focus on the tools and making sure they’re ready for whatever our customers need them for. It’s not complicated, just honest labor in a small shop in Kasarwadi. We like it that way and keep things simple.
