Bigfeet Realty Advisors Llp

Our office is Shop No G 04 in the Navyangan building, which is right by Ghotawade Phata in Kasaramboli, over in the Pirangut area of Pune. It is a bit of a drive out here, but the area is growing fast. Bigfeet Realty Advisors Llp is what we call ourselves, and we spend most of our time dealing with the land and shops around this part of the city. The shop is small and simple, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to chat. We usually have the door open to let some air in, even if it gets a bit dusty from the road outside. Pirangut is a busy place these days with all the new construction going on near the phata. We know most of the local land owners and the other shopkeepers in Navyangan. Our days are filled with looking at maps, visiting sites, and trying to keep our records straight. It is not always smooth sailing, sometimes the power goes out or we have to wait ages for someone to show up for a meeting. We just handle things as they come. Being at Gat No 109 means we are right in the middle of the action here. We don't do much fancy stuff, just keep our heads down and work on whatever real estate business is on the table that day. It is honest work and we like being part of the local community. It gets quite hot in the afternoons.
